Find the operating system and exact model before downloading software. An Android package is different from a tvOS, Tizen, webOS or Vega OS app. If a native player is unavailable, an external device can be a separate option only when its own player and account method are compatible.
Install, then request activation
- Open the apps or device guide for your platform.
- Install the appropriate player through its stated source and review the permission prompts.
- WhatsApp +44 7532 814802 with the app name and device model.
- Ask for the one-day free trial and wait for the correct account method and activation details.
Use the day for your normal viewing
Try the channels, languages and programmes you actually expect to use, on the connection and screen where you normally watch. A trial is most informative when it reflects an ordinary evening. Keep a note of an error or missing item so support can address a specific result.
After the trial
Installing the player does not automatically open service access. The trial request also does not establish a paid order. If you decide to continue, choose a subscription term and confirm the conditions for that account before paying.
Questions about this guide
How do I request the one-day free trial?
Install the appropriate player first, then WhatsApp +44 7532 814802 with your device and app name. Request the one-day free trial and wait for the account details and activation confirmation.
Does installing an app activate my subscription?
No. Installing a player puts the software on your device. The service account must be issued and activated separately, using the sign-in method supported by that player.
How many devices can watch at once?
A simultaneous connection allowance has not been established for the published offers. Ask for the allowance attached to your selected account before paying; installing the app on several devices does not establish permission to stream on all of them together.
