Use the local plan comparison

Zattoo publishes country tables with different feature allowances. Read the account’s actual country and tier before using a capacity, picture-quality or travel claim. A Swiss comparison should not automatically become the feature list for a German or Austrian account.

A hypothetical household choosing a replacement for television can list its essential channels and required delayed-viewing features first. A channel count alone leaves those practical needs unanswered.

Replay is not a recording archive

The current Replay guide describes recent broadcast access subject to country, plan and broadcaster conditions. Not every channel supplies every programme, and some playback controls differ. A saved recording follows another feature and should be identified separately.

If a programme is unavailable, record whether you used Replay, a recording or the live guide. That distinguishes an expired or unsupported mode from a missing account entitlement.

Travel rules can differ within the same subscription

Zattoo’s current travel help says Swiss accounts can stream recordings abroad under its stated conditions while other modes such as live TV and Replay remain unavailable outside Switzerland. Read the actual country entry rather than generalise that example to all subscriptions.

For a household travel note, preserve the country, mode, programme and current offer. Temporary travel and permanent relocation are different situations in the provider’s guidance. A new device or renewed payment is not by itself evidence of wider territorial rights.

If Replay is missing at home, inspect the active account and plan as well as the specific programme. Zattoo’s troubleshooting guide names both kinds of cause, so do not interpret every missing item as a general player failure.
