Those playback modes do not all have the same advertising or availability conditions. A useful plan comparison starts by identifying which one you intend to use.
Look beyond the programme’s logo
Find the exact programme or event and identify whether its page opens an episode, an upcoming broadcast or a continuous channel. A broad network association is not enough to settle the playback route. For a live programme, check its current listing close to the start time.
A hypothetical household may use Peacock for both an evening series and a morning local bulletin. They should compare those two tasks independently rather than assume the series plan’s advertising description defines the station’s entire schedule.
Local NBC is a particular Premium Plus feature
Peacock’s local NBC page describes continuous local-station viewing through Premium Plus. The same page explains that station programming includes normal ads and that rights issues can result in the NBC national feed being provided instead. Check the station available to your account and location.
This is distinct from finding selected NBC programmes on demand. If a local news bulletin is essential, confirm the actual station feed rather than counting an on-demand programme listing as proof that the local service is present.
Offline viewing has its own device and title checks
Peacock’s download help limits the feature to eligible content for Premium Plus subscribers on supported mobile and tablet devices. Downloads are managed inside the app and have time limits. Logging out or uninstalling can remove stored downloads, so account maintenance can affect a travel plan.
Before a journey, open the intended episode on the device that will travel, confirm that it offers a download and wait for completion. A title playing on the living-room television answers a different question. For current limits and expiry details, use Peacock’s download help rather than assuming an offline copy will remain indefinitely.
Premium Plus reduces advertising for much of the on-demand experience, with exceptions documented by Peacock. Keep that distinction visible if fewer interruptions is the reason you are comparing plans.
