Some channel offerings, including Téva and Paris Première, have separate subscription conditions. M6+ provides different subscription instructions for direct purchase, app-store purchase and eligible television-provider arrangements. Identify the seller attached to your confirmation before attempting to manage the subscription elsewhere. An installed app and a successful payment are only useful together when the relevant account recognises that purchase.
If a feature is missing, state the title, free or MAX account status, purchase seller and viewing mode. Include whether the observation concerns live television, replay or a mobile download.
