The customer should know what was supplied, which purchase it belongs to and where to ask an account question. Deliver connection details through the agreed private method while keeping the non-secret summary useful on its own.
State the order result
Identify the order reference and selected service term, then describe the actual account action confirmed by the provider. If the order was a renewal, state whether the existing identity was extended or another documented result occurred. Use the confirmed end-date information, including its source, rather than a date calculated from an assumption.
Separate access details from the summary
The summary can name the connection method and player guidance location without repeating a password. If software requires a separate licence, say what is known and direct the customer to the responsible developer or seller. Do not imply that a player purchase, app-store membership or device allowance is included unless the particular order establishes it.
Include the conditions that matter
Record confirmed account permissions and the appropriate support route. Leave material unanswered questions visibly pending. An agent should not fill a gap by copying another provider’s usual connection rule.
| Handover item | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Order reference | Identify the purchase |
| Confirmed account result | Explain what completed |
| Protected delivery method | Locate access details |
| Applicable conditions | Describe confirmed limits |
| Support route | Know where the next question belongs |
Check comprehension without requesting secrets
Ask whether the customer can identify the intended account and the next supported setup step. A customer can describe a field-label mismatch without sending the credential values back. Preserve the confirmation in the case record and avoid presenting a sent message as evidence that every device has been tested.
Questions about this guide
Should delivery copy say that the account was personally tested?
Only if a real, authorised test occurred and the claim accurately describes it. Documentation review, a provider confirmation and a message marked delivered are different evidence. This guide does not report any physical, payment or service test.
