Refresh the source data
- Open MYTVOnline3 Settings.
- Go to Content Manager > Data Sync.
- Choose Contents Data > Refresh.
- Allow the source-data refresh to complete.
- Use Refresh Contents from the main menu when prompted, or the documented app restart route to apply it.
Know which datasets are involved
Formuler lists TV channels, radio, VOD and TV series among the content data refreshed. The manual refresh can affect connected portals, so identify the intended sources before starting and avoid changing credentials during the same check.
A data refresh is not a firmware update, player upgrade or service renewal. It asks the source for updated information. If the provider has not supplied a new item or the account cannot access it, refreshing cannot create that entitlement.
Keep EPG maintenance separate
The EPG data area has Update EPG, Clear EPG and Clear and Update EPG controls. Formuler says Clear EPG deletes saved guide data. Choose the action that matches the goal rather than automatically clearing everything.
If live channels work but programme data does not, record that distinction. If the source list itself has not changed in the interface, check whether the retrieved contents have been applied through Refresh Contents.
Use automatic refresh deliberately
Formuler documents scheduled content refresh under Data Sync > Auto Update Settings, with the updated content applied when the app is next used as described in its guide. Choose a schedule according to how the household uses the device; it is a player preference, not a service activation promise.
For a support report, include client version, connected source type, which refresh action you used, whether the new-content prompt appeared and whether the apply step completed. That identifies the actual stage without exposing private provider addresses.
Avoid repeating refreshes rapidly or resetting the box because a source has not gained a programme you expected. Confirm availability and account conditions with Dream 4K separately. A precise content-data or EPG observation is more useful than describing the whole device as outdated.
