When asking for help, give the app’s exact name, developer, platform and visible sign-in fields. “Ministra account” can mean a player licence, an operator login or the subscription supplied by the provider.

Infomir’s player materials describe software licensing separately from the content supplied under a provider’s plan. Current purchase routes can depend on platform and customer status. Read the terms shown for the specific application before paying.
A free download does not necessarily mean free ongoing player use. Equally, a player purchase does not establish Dream 4K account compatibility or programme availability. Ask support whether the selected Ministra client and its portal method are supported for your service.
Avoid transferring assumptions across platforms
An Android TV install guide, Apple TV listing and LG Content Store guide describe different native applications. The Ministra name does not turn a Samsung Tizen TV into an Android device or make an Android APK a Linux MAG firmware image.
Keep the device software, client activation and provider subscription as separate items in your setup record. This makes renewal or support questions concrete: identify which product is asking for payment, which login it expects and which organization supplied it.
