Start with the symptom
Find whether interruptions follow the network, one source or the player before changing quality.
On Web browser, begin with a precise description of when the symptom occurs. Keep one source and one account selected, then change one part of the setup. That makes the result useful to both you and support.
Checks for Web browser
Record the browser name, version and the genuine web-player address provided by support. Browser restrictions differ from a native app. Do not enter credentials into an unrelated online playlist viewer.
| Part of the setup | Check on Web browser |
|---|---|
| App and installation | Use a web player only when support provides a genuine supported web route. An APK download is not a browser player. |
| Controls | Check browser permissions, fullscreen support, keyboard controls and the selected audio output. |
| Connection | Inspect browser extensions, managed-device filters and the active network. Compare a trusted clean browser profile if permitted. |
| Playback | Browser codec and cross-origin restrictions differ from native applications. A working native app does not prove a web player is supported. |
Work through the checks in order
- Compare one second source at the same time
Use a web player only when support provides a genuine supported web route. An APK download is not a browser player.
- Try the same device on Ethernet when supported
Check browser permissions, fullscreen support, keyboard controls and the selected audio output.
- Pause large household transfers
Inspect browser extensions, managed-device filters and the active network. Compare a trusted clean browser profile if permitted.
- Lower one quality setting for a controlled test
Browser codec and cross-origin restrictions differ from native applications. A working native app does not prove a web player is supported.
- Record the time and how long playback lasts
Do not paste service credentials into unverified online playlist testers.
Read the result
| Observed result | Next action |
|---|---|
| Only one source pauses | report that feed |
| All sources pause only on Wi-Fi | inspect local wireless conditions |
| Wired and wireless fail together | check the account, route and service status |
Repeat only the comparison that changed the result. If a setting made no difference, restore it before trying the next step. Keep the source label, approximate time and player version with your notes.
Before making a larger change
Do not paste service credentials into unverified online playlist testers.
A factory reset, complete account deletion or router-wide change is a much larger action than restarting a player. Keep those actions outside this sequence unless the responsible support team identifies a clear reason and recovery path.
Get the right support
Use WhatsApp support and describe the device, operating system, player version, account method, network type and time zone. Say whether one feed, one title, one group or the whole account is affected.
Keep usernames, passwords, full playlist links, device keys and payment evidence out of public screenshots. If support needs an account identifier, provide it privately through the established conversation. Do not send bank-card numbers in the order or help form.
